Festivals 2014

Forever Sun Music Festival
Really enjoyed volunteering at this fantastic festival in Dorchester. Some great bands played Buzzcocks, Happy Mondays, Toploader and Dub Pistols - all sounded fantastic, I was either working or crashing out so didn't actually get to see much, but still enjoyable. At one point on Sunday as the festival was running down, a man collapsed and I went to assist, I remembered what I had learnt when I did a first aid course, and managed to bring him round before the first aiders came, talking of which, the first aiders had to come to my rescue, after the smell and a surprise in one of the toilet cubicles over came me along with the heat and I ended up in Dorset County Hospital.
All in all a most enjoyable time - thank Joe for letting me be part of it all

Nozstock: The Hidden Valley
What a fantastic festival this one was. I went up with Neil L Smith (thanks to my father driving us up and back - got in as Neil's driver). Having a back stage pass, I got to see what goes on at festivals back stage, and learnt a lot. Saw some fantastic acts at the festival including The Cadbury Sisters, Mr.B The Gentleman Rhymer, Lost Tuesday Society & Disco Panther. Want to get involved with 2015's Nozstock in some way (already messaged with my interest!)
Made some new friends with the back stage crew, felt like I was part of the Nozstock family when there, was made to feel welcome by all the crew. Loved every moment of the festival.... here's to 2015 in The Hidden Valley! once again thanks to Neil (((big hugs)))
